Multiple Vehicles Involved in Rollover Crash on 80 Freeway in Rocklin

 
ROCKLIN, CA (June 10, 2020) – Three vehicles were involved in a rollover crash on 80 Freeway, Wednesday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at about 11:15 AM. Due to unknown circumstances, two SUVs and a pickup truck collided between Rocklin Road and Highway 65 interchange. All three vehicles overturned as a result of the crash – two ending up on their sides and one on its roof.
 
Emergency crews rendered aid to the injured victims, but none of their injuries were serious. It is unknown whether or not they needed hospitalization.
 
CHP temporarily closed all three westbound lanes for clearing operations. The two right lanes of traffic reopened shortly before noon, while the left lane reopened around 12:15 PM.
 
Officers continue to investigate the crash. Authorities will release additional information once it becomes available.
