Rider Injured After Las Vegas Motorcycle Crash
LAS VEGAS, NV (June 8, 2020) — A motorcycle rider suffered critical injuries in a crash at Sunset Road and Paradise Road in Las Vegas Friday morning.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police, they received reports about the crash at about 5:45 a.m. The officers and paramedics immediately rushed to the scene and found the motorcyclist collided with another vehicle.
Emergency personnel took the motorcycle rider to an area hospital in critical condition. An update on the rider’s condition is not available as of this time. The names of those involved were also not released.
Meanwhile, the police closed Sunset Road from Bermuda to Paradise while they investigated and crews worked to clear the scene. The roadway has since reopened.
What exactly led to the crash and how it happened was not immediately clear. The LVMPD is still working on the case to find out.
