Driver Dies after Crash on Arrowhead Lake Road in Hesperia
HESPERIA, CA (June 1, 2020) – A driver died following a traffic accident Monday afternoon in Hesperia, CHP official said.
The fatal crash happened around 4:38 p.m. in the 5000 block of Arrowhead Lake Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a vehicle was traveling in the roadway when it crashed for unknown reasons.
Emergency personnel responded and provided life-saving aid to the driver, but he died at the scene. The driver was believed to be the only occupant of the car.
The coroner’s office identified the deceased as 38-year-old Mark Nottingham of Colton.
It is unknown if speed, drugs and/or alcohol were contributing factors in the crash.
CHP officials are still investigating the cause of the accident.
