SNOQUALMIE PASS, WA (February 7, 2020) — A big rig crashed near Denny Creek amid heavy snowfall in the Cascades Tuesday afternoon.
 
The Washington State Department of Transportation said the truck jack-knifed at approximately 3:00 p.m. It blocked all westbound lanes on 90 Freeway for several hours. Crews worked to clear the roadway.
 
Meantime, several spinouts also occurred near the summit that prompted a shutdown of the eastbound lanes at 4:45 p.m. All lanes reopened at about 6:30 p.m.
 
It was not immediately clear whether there were people injured in the crash.
