One Killed in Oroville Pedestrian Crash on Olive Highway
OROVILLE, CA (January 17, 2020) – A 57-year-old pedestrian died in a fatal pedestrian accident on Olive Highway and Foothill Boulevard on Wednesday, January 15.
Officers responded at the scene around 9:45 p.m. and discovered a witness who was providing medical care to the pedestrian.
The pedestrian sustained major injuries from the accident. Oroville Fire and Butte County EMS responded. They tried to continue life-saving efforts. Yet, the pedestrian still died later on at Enloe Medical Center, police said.
The identity of the deceased was not yet released pending notification of loved ones.
