School Bus Involved in Chain-Reaction Crash on Wilson Road near White Lane
BAKERSFIELD, CA (January 14, 2020) – One person suffered minor injuries in a school bus crash on Wilson Road, Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Bakersfield Police Department, the incident happened at about 4:00 PM. Due to unknown circumstances, several vehicles rear-ended one another behind a school bus near White Lane.
As per reports, the school bus, which was from Panama Buena Vista Union School District, was empty except for the driver.
One person complained they were in pain following the collision. It is unknown whether or not the victim needed hospitalization.
BPD continues to investigate the cause of the crash. Authorities will release additional information once it becomes available.
