69-Year-Old Woman Hospitalized after E-Scooter Collision with Cement Mixer on Bay Street
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (January 13, 2020) – A 69-year-old woman suffered injuries in an e-scooter collision on Bay Street, Monday afternoon.
According to the San Francisco Police Department, the incident happened at about 3:25 PM. Due to unknown circumstances, an electric scooter struck a cement mixer at the intersection of The Embarcadero and Bay Street.
Emergency responders rushed the rider to a hospital with life-threatening injuries. Updates on her current condition remain undisclosed. No other injuries were reported by authorities.
