Six Hospitalized after Nine-Vehicle Collision on Alicia Parkway near Jeronimo Road

 
MISSION VIEJO, CA (January 5, 2020) – Six people, including two children, suffered injuries in a nine-vehicle collision on Alicia Parkway, Sunday afternoon.
 
According to the Orange County Fire Authority, the incident happened at about 2:00 PM. Due to unknown circumstances, nine vehicles collided near Jeronimo Road.
 
As per reports, six people suffered injuries in the collision. Five of the victims are considered trauma victims and were transported to local trauma centers. Updates on their current conditions remain undisclosed.
 
The Orange County Sheriff’s Department continues to investigate the cause of the crash. Authorities will release additional information once it becomes available.
