29-Year-Old Elizabeth Williams Killed in Pedestrian Crash on Highway 516
KENT, WA (December 19, 2019) – Authorities identified 29-year-old Elizabeth Williams of Kent as the woman fatally struck by a vehicle on Highway 516, Thursday morning.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the incident happened at about 3:40 AM. Due to unknown circumstances, an eastbound vehicle struck the victim near Old Military Road.
Emergency responders pronounced Williams dead at the scene. Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle remained and cooperated with investigators.
