71-Year-Old Eusebio Navarette Jimenez Killed in Pedestrian Crash in Phoenix
PHOENIX, AZ (December 17, 2019) – Authorities identified 71-year-old Eusebio Navarette Jimenez as the pedestrian killed in a crash on 43rd Avenue, Tuesday morning.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, the incident happened near Buckeye Road. Jimenez was walking on the sidewalk when he crossed the street and walked in front of an oncoming semi-truck.
Emergency responders pronounced Jimenez dead at the scene. Meanwhile, the 52-year-old semi-truck driver remained and cooperated with investigators.
