SAN DIEGO, CA (December 17, 2016) — A pedestrian was struck and killed by a car on 15 Freeway near North Park on Sunday, December 15.
 
The collision on the northbound freeway, just south of El Cajon Boulevard. It happened a little after 5:05 a.m., the California Highway Patrol reported.
