Boy, 16, Hospitalized after Pedestrian Crash on State Street
SANTA BARBARA, CA (December 10, 2019) – A 16-year-old boy suffered injuries in a pedestrian accident on State Street, Tuesday evening.
According to the Santa Barbara City Fire Department, the incident happened at about 7:45 PM. Due to unknown circumstances, a northbound vehicle struck the young pedestrian near Calle Palo Colorado.
Emergency responders rushed the boy to a nearby hospital with minor injuries. Updates on the victim’s current condition remain undisclosed. Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle remained and cooperated with investigators.
