62-Year-Old Gloria Williams Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash on Euclid Avenue

 
LINCOLN PARK, CA (December 9, 2019) – Authorities identified 62-year-old Gloria Williams as the woman struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver, Monday morning.
 
According to the San Diego Police Department, the incident happened at about 3:45 AM. Williams was riding her motorized wheelchair northbound in the left lane of Euclid Avenue. There, a dark-colored vehicle traveling in the same direction struck her.
 
Emergency responders pronounced Williams dead at the scene. Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle did not stop to render aid and fled the area.
