Francisco Aguila IV Dead in Phelan Solo-Vehicle Crash

 
PHELAN, CA (December 10, 2019) – San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office identified the victim of the solo-car crash as Francisco Aguila IV, 19, of Hesperia.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the solo-vehicle accident happened on 15 Freeway on Friday, December 6.
 
The CHP log stated that the agency received a report at 9:15 p.m. of a grey sedan facing the wrong way in the center divider of the freeway. The 2008 Honda Civic moved southbound of 15 Freeway north of Highway 138.
 
The coroner responded to the scene at around 9:45 p.m.
 
Authorities closed the roadway for the investigation, which was continued Saturday.
