Jesus Cuevas Killed in Eastvale Rollover Crash on 60 Freeway

 
EASTVALE, CA (December 4, 2019) — An Ontario man identified as 18-year-old Jesus Rosales Cuevas died in a rollover crash on Saturday, November 30.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at around 3:15 a.m. on 60 Freeway near 15 Freeway.
 
The crash happened when at least one other vehicle crashed into the overturned vehicle.
 
Paramedics rushed to the area at around 3:20 a.m. and declared one person dead at the scene. They transported one person to the hospital with minor injuries. However, the other injured person refused medical care, Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department stated.
 
The crash caused the closure until further notice of all westbound lanes of the Pomona Freeway. Officials diverted the traffic onto the Ontario Freeway. In addition, they closed the northbound Ontario Freeway connector ramp to the westbound Pomona Freeway.
 
Police did not release any additional information. However, the reason behind the incident is still under investigation by the CHP.
