DUI Driver Alfred Magrue Arrested after Fleeing Police and Crashing into Home in Fresno
FRESNO, CA (November 20, 2019) – Authorities arrested 23-year-old Alfred Magrue after leading officers in a chase then crashing his vehicle into a Fresno home, Wednesday evening.
According to the Fresno Police Department, officers attempted to pull over Magrue at Winery Avenue and King Canyon Road. Then, Magrue made a wide turn, crashing into a palm tree and then a garage.
Officers determined Magrue was under the influence of alcohol after he allegedly failed a sobriety test. He did not suffer injuries and later taken to jail. Meanwhile, the family inside the home was not injured. However, a vehicle inside their garage sustained damage.
